Alternatives to Eucerin Renewal Lotion
One of the most popular anti-aging products is Eucerin Renewal Lotion, but there is a problem because this product has been discontinued by the company. On forums everywhere you'll find devotees asking Eucerin to bring this product back. This moisturizer was designed for normal to oily and acne prone skin. Contrary to popular belief, oily skin needs a moisturizer. You can use it in the shower to whisk away dirt and makeup, mix it with salt or sugar for a homemade exfoliant and use it after skin is dry as a moisturizer -- only a few drops are needed. If your skin suffers from dry patches there are heavier oils that you can try. Look in the skin care aisle of your local health food store or even a supermarket like Whole Foods which carries natural skin care items.
You may also want to try some of the free trials that are available. There are topical creams to renew skin and supplements made to nourish from the inside out. These products are also viable alternatives to Eucerin Renewal products because they help speed cell rejuvenation and encourage younger, fresher skin to emerge. When trying any new product, give your skin time to adjust before deciding whether it works or not. In the case of the acne prone, some treatments may break your skin out before clearing it up.
